International Green Cross

This international organization considers its main goal to be to protect nature. It was created in 1993 by Mikhail Gorbachev, after the Earth Summit conference in Brazil. The group is headquartered in Geneva, but its branches are located in 27 countries.

The last president of the USSR studied the probability of creating such an organization back in 1990. Then he directly stated that his organization would work not with medicine, but with ecology. Gorbachev was not mistaken in the fact that the organization will effectively solve environmental problems around the world.
