This organization has been doing its business since 2001. It was formed in Australia. It is an international organization that, some twenty years ago, developed a policy document for an organization called the Global Green Charter. The structure of the movement includes four regional federations. Among them are Africa, Europe, Asia, and America. Each of the four federations sends three representatives to the steering committee of the association. There are more than several dozen internal parties in this organization. The largest local organization is called the European Green Party.

The main purpose of the activities of this organization is the acceptance by the world community of basic values. Among such values is ecological moderation in the absorption of resources, non-violence, economic and political stability. In accordance with these provisions, the participants of the movement are tasked with achieving the implementation of measures to preserve the climate, fight for peace, strengthen democratic principles, and protect.
